Recommended to a Full Time, Contact (Hybrid) student, this kit consists of the basic items needed for modular-specific subjects.
Campus facilities will offer the main resources and equipment requirements, which are not included in this kit. This will include small implements and larger electrical equipment, hygiene equipment and cubicle set-up.
For those who prefer to buy their own items and at their own pace when needed or who might already have a kit at home.
We make the entire list of items for both kits available openly should the student wish to procure their own kit in a more financially accommodating manner. * Note that with this option, certain terms and conditions apply.
Admission Requirements
- Applicant’s minimum age requirement is 16 years by the date of enrolment with English communication at a minimum of grade 10
Articulation Options
Once students have achieved the AIE Certificate for Manicure and Pedicure Treatments, they may progress on to other VTCT (ITEC) or equivalent qualifications at level 2 or 3:

To include care of the nails, hand massage and application of polish. Adaptation of treatment to suit the client’s needs and providing aftercare advice. This qualification also provides related knowledge and understanding required to perform the manicure treatments listed above as well as understanding the structures that the student will be working over. In particular recognition of the nail diseases and reasons that may affect whether a client should or should not be treated.

Salon reception duties
The student will also develop knowledge about related health and safety and client care and communication which is essential to work and be successful in the beauty industry, as a facial skincare specialist.

Courses are offered to enhance the student's ability in Microsoft Office tasks and software applications. Additional value-added courses such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Digital Marketing and more.
